Structure and advantages of quartz infrared heating tube

Quartz infrared heating tube refers to a series of tubular lamps with different sizes, powers and shapes that can emit 0.75~3 m infrared spectrum.

It usually consists of a tubular quartz glass tube with a spiral filament inside. The filament is supported by a circular support ring and isolated from the inner wall of the glass tube to prevent the filament from damaging the tube wall due to high temperature under working conditions. The common lamp holder forms are square ceramic head, metal sheet lamp holder, small ceramic round cylindrical lamp holder and so on. In order to improve the heating efficiency of some lamps, directional ceramic reflective coating which can reflect infrared energy is sprayed on the outer wall. The filament temperature usually need to be above 2000 ℃. Therefore, in addition to filling inert gas to protect the filament from being oxidized at high temperature, the tube should also be filled with an appropriate amount of halogen and tungsten circulating gas.
